County training workers on use of e-mail, social media

Feb 18, 2011 (Tulsa World - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A workshop for Tulsa County employees on Internet etiquette had just begun Thursday morning when Chad Higgins got right to the heart of the matter.

"Technology has cost us our ability to communicate," said Higgins, the county's longtime Administrative Services Department director.
